140 filed with PP
Center: NSC
RD: 12/17/2013
ND: 12/18/2013
2nd PP sent: 01/13/2014
140 PP received: 01/16/2014
140 Approved: 01/21/2014
Offical Approval e-notice: 01/23/2014
Did not do concurrent filing of 485, so nothing to report on 485 yet.
PS: since so many people asked about my 485, wanted to put it here to make
it clear: I filed my 485 before 140 was approved. It was filed at the end of
last week, so I haven't heard any news about it. And the company lawyer did
not tell me how she filed it, with 140 receipt notice or not. |

将来2类C了，可以选择relink到2类，也可以不动。

和3类排着，但是要按照3类的时间表给你发卡，
除非你告诉USCIS，我想换队到2类，它才看2类的时间表。

发帖数: 50 | 25 I've already mentioned, I submitted 485 without 140 approval notice. I don't
know if the company lawyer used the receipt notice or not. But don't think
it would matter much, since it seems you can do concurrently filing to begin
with.

485pending总比EB2 连门都进不去强。看看现在EB3批准的PD日期，就算retrogress，
也不会比EB2慢

is more than return. If I failed PP and EB2 gets faster than EB3, I will
ask her whether I can withdraw my 140 application since my PD date was in
Mid May, 2010. |

发帖数: 50 | 38 It sounds to me that your lawyer is reciting your company policy, but not
what really happens when you re-file for EB3. Sounds to me that your company
is only willing to file 485 once, that's why the lawyer is saying you are
going to be stuck in EB3. I can't say 100% sure that nothing is going to
happen to your EB2, because no one knows, but the general consensus right
now is both your EB2 and EB3 140 will be valid. You are filing for a new I-
140, not an amendment, so your old I-140 will still stay there, no one is
going to take that away unless your company revokes it.
Use premium processing for I140, it only takes about a month, you will be
fine in this case even if they don't file 485 until your 140 is approved.But
if your EB2 PD is not current under EB3, then I would suggest to wait and
not jump into this uncertainty.

现在EB3 current date是多少？是2012年6月，对不对？那我是不是应该赶紧准备材料
，准备把140和485都同时file了，这样的话，如果approve，我可以尽早拿到EAD。
我这方面表示很懂，若是真的通过了，我拿到EAD，然后485 pending，这意味着什么？
我可以回国吗？回国之后要签证吗？还是说这段时间都不能回国，只能在美国待着？
