started to file 140/485 combo for chinese EB2toEB3. If USCIS dare to deny
them, law suit is unavoidable. USCIS don't want to face big companies on
court just for these small number of chinese cases.
. Therefore, USCIS will allow these cases.
So quit arguing here, cause resistance is futile. |
