发帖数: 9482 | 3 如果你之前H1b之后换过身份， 比如现在是F或者H4或者别的， 那么就需要等新的H1B
批准以后才能上班。 可以试试premium processing， 两个星期批准。
只有在你H1B -> H1B的情况下才可以拿到receipt就可以上班而不需要批准。

工作。
