just filed early November. It takes average 7-8 months to approve now.

I submitted my PERM. I still haven't heard anything yet and had to renew my
H1B last year because last year was my 6th year on H1B.
I changed company twice (of course after a lot of suffering in each of the
previous 2 companies) in order to get the Green Card process initiated and
this is my 3rd employer and then I've been audited for over a year :)

I saw many people (including a whole bunch in this current company) were
luckier than me but I heard there are a lot more out there who I don't know
are/were even less lucky than me... Sigh... Bless all of us who are still in
the process!
