I hereby respectfully request a copy of the documents and/or dataset that
are used to support the visa spillover allocation decision made for Visa
Bulletin for September for EB2. These documents include but don't limit to
legal memo and data that justify a particular allocation decision in
accordance with the INA. For privacy reason, please feel free to redact
information that identifies particular individual applicants. The data I'm
requesting should preferably contain information that that separate one
applicants from another (a.k.a., mask ID) whenever possible. If for
whatever reason my request is denied, please specify why my request is
denied and also what documents or materials are used to support the visa
spillover allocation decisions for EB2. I also request for expedited
treatment of my requests for protection of public interests. If you have
any questions about this request, please feel free to contact me at. Thank

Each month, the Visa Office subdivides the annual preference and foreign
state limitations specified by the INA into monthly allotments based on the
requested demand data. It is important to publish the data so that the
public knows if the visas are allocated according to the rules. The data was
last published on the Department of State website on 6/7/2013. No data has
been published ever since. I request the data to be published monthly in the
future so that the monthly visa allotments by the Visa Office can be
validated by the public. |
