主申请人6月10日已批。
副申请人RFE，今天收到信，是关于medical exam的，说TB skin test 阳性，要新的
chest radiograph因为旧的过了一年。这个好办，去移民医生那再照一个，保险应该报
的。
还有这个疫苗：
In the results section of the vaccination record, the civil surgeon stated
that all vaccination requirements have been met. However, information is
missing from the vaccination record to establish that the vaccination
requirements have been met. You are missing vaccinations for the following:
DT/DTP/DTaP, Polio (OPV/IPV), Hib, Hepatitis B, Pneumococcal, and Influenza
For each vaccine, the civil surgeon must clealy indicate weather vaccination
requirements are met, whether you are eligible for a blanket waiver.
这个移民官怎么这么麻烦，我们的表格上都勾了 applicant may be eligible for
blanket waivers as indicated above.况且现在也没有办法打influenza。
我们这儿中国移民医生又度假了，要两周后才回来，也不想去别的医生那儿。有没有人
类似的RFE？最后疫苗怎么弄？ | w*********n
发帖数: 30 | 2 I guess you have to do what were asked by USCIS and ask you doc to write to
the officer that you are eligible for blanket waivers. For influenza, my doc
told me that now is not flu season and not need to have influenza vaccine.
But you may consult a lawyer to see how to respond to this ridiculous RFE.
By the way, what is the officer number? someone seems pretty tough. | j***y

I don't want to spend money on lawyer. I will go to immigration doctor first
for the letter. the appointment is two weeks away, so annoying....
I think the worst is to get all the vaccination and hope insurance should
cover vaccination, also even if i want to get influenza, I can't get the
vaccine....
