u*******r 发帖数: 2855	1 Sorry cannot type chinese... one of my employment letter for a chinese company was from one of my colleagues...but USCIS needs more evidence and atterney said I would need an employment letter directly from my previous employer...I'll try to get such as letter although it would take some time to do this.. wired...normally this kind of audit comes from PERM not I-140... Anybody has similar experiences? Thanks.
