skills， 律师回信如下。
I do not recommend using vague terms like “proficient in” or “advance
knowledge of.” Instead, we should quantify them such as 6 mos. exp. with or
1 year exp, with. Also, I want to be sure of two things:
1. XXXX(company) must be able to put together a document that explains why
these requirements are essential (i.e. a minimum requirement such that a
candidate could not do the job without having these credentials). I will
note here that if you have hired other people into the role for which he is
being sponsored without those people having these credentials, it will be
difficult to defend them as minimum requirements.
2. XXXX(myself) must be able to provide evidence that he has experience with
all of these required skills. If he gained those credentials/experience
with prior employers, we really need a letter from the employer to verify it
. If he cannot show that he has these credentials, his I40 could be denied.
律师的回信搞得我不知道到底是不是应该加这些skills，而且HR还说过多的details会
让case被audit。现在我老板也犹豫要不要加。 我想请教过来人，我应该如何处理这种
情况。 是用律师的job description （MS + 3ys）还是加一些skills。 多谢！ |
