exemption for US STEM in EB-2 only.The change on 5-Year cutoff date is not

这是胡说吧，我看过原文，哪有说EB2 only |

发帖数: 55 | 6 我看了下，原来的bill, stem master的确是没放在Preference Allocation for
Employment-Based Immigrants这类的(相当于现在的EB1)。上面的新闻就默认为归到
EB2，其实理解也偏差不大。
现在这个修正案把有工作offer的stem master放在和phd和现在的EB1的人一个高度了。
另外你是对的，phd看来的确是明确是所有国家和专业了:
(L) Aliens who have earned a doctorate degree from an institution of higher
education in the United States or the foreign equivalent.
