发帖数: 410 | 1 Received a lettr from USCIS asking for additional information regarding my
application of change of status from F2 to B2. The application had been
submitted in January however I left U.S. in February and got B2 visa in a
third country. I re-entered U.S. in February and the legal staying time is 6
months. My B2 visa is valid for one year
Can I just ignore the lettr from USCIS? If not, what should I do? Thanks! |
