approved (EB2)
My friend has H1-B visa and this is his sixth year H-1B. The H-1b will be
expire in this October. Recently he found a new job. He thought he can get
h1-b tranfer for another 3 years since his I140 has been approved. But the
lawyer from the new company said the new h-1B transfer will only last till
this October so the company is going to withdraw the offer.
Is there anyone can help answer him that under such conditions how many
additional years he can transfer his new h1-b?

自己掏钱是非法的！！
公司从你的工资里扣也是非法的。
必须公司自己掏。拿法律条文给公司看。

发帖数: 1492 | 13 h1b 必须是公司交钱。 严禁自己交。 移民局突袭抽查H1ber的问题之一就是问谁交的
申请费。凡是自己交的就是身份违例了。
