H1: 没有用过AP/EAD卡，还是原来的H1，H1 797过期是11/31/2013。
H4: 拿到AP/EAD回国了，中间持H4签证回美一次，年前准备持AP/EAD combo返美，
Combo 3月过期。
1.请教入境时除了带AP/EAD combo卡外还需要带什么？797表？
2.入境时移民官会让呆到那个日期？
3.765表疑问：
（1）H1: No.14 Manner of Last Entry 以前填的是Temporary worker,现在是不是
还是这么填？ No.15 current immigration status 填啥？
（2）H1: No.11 那个日期date填最近申请EAD的那个日期吗？以哪个日期为主？（以
前OPT申请过EAD，哪个就不要了吧？）
（3）H4: No.14 Manner of Last Entry与No. 15 current immigration status 怎
么填？
4. H1/H4 一起renew是不是将材料放入两个信封然后一起邮寄走就可以了？还需要
cover letter之类的吗？

2. officer will give her a parolee I-94 valid for one year but she can stay
in AOS even if I-94 expires.
3. you are still temp worker, your wife is AOS/parolee
She needs to apply when she is physically in US. I don't have the form
before me so not sure what No 11 is, but I think you mean start date (
enclose a copy of EAD card)
4. it just takes 5 minutes to write a letter. |
