发帖数: 43 | 1 I have read on trackitt.com and someone has suggest to renew your EAD when
your date become current based on that your GC might get processed and
proved when they process your EAD renewal. They are saying USCIS should not
approve your EAD knowing that your GC is ready to be approved. But most
people say they are totally irrelevant.
So after my PD is current in December, I sent EAD renew(my EAD is still good
for another 5 months) last week to try to expedite the GC process , and
today I got the approve notice but the EAD application check is not
withdrawn. It makes me to believe they may be related when your GC is pre-
adjudicated, a EAD renew could trigger they look at ur 485 and approve it. I
am just give my experience here and hope this could give you something to
look at when you are waiting…
