我DIY的NIW, 最近收到RFE, 在信里他们说同意 the employment is national in
scope. 但是有几个问题要补充。
第一个问题就是 national interest would not be served if the petitioner was
required to obtain a labor certificate. 也就说如果要劳工证，有损国家利益。这
个怎么证明阿？
第二个问题 为什么一样的工作，你做的会比美国人更好？ it does not provide the
impact of the petitioner's contributions and nor does it establish how her
work is greater than that of a US work.
