Your spouse submitted an English translation of her birth certificate, but
failed to submit a copy of the birth document in its original language of
Chinese, along with a signed certificate from a translation to certify that
he/she is competent to perform the translation and that the translation is
accurate. Please submit a copy of your spouse's birth certificate in
Chinese along with a an English translation with a translator's certificate.
但是我的出生公证就是在当地政府办的啊。而且格式和我LD的一模一样为什么我的LD没

律师建议我们提供household record:
If the USCIS has an issue with the birth certificate you provided, they will
issue a separate request for evidence,
The Department of State which provides the USCIS with guidance on these
types of documents says that notarial certificates of birth (Chu Sheng Gong
Zheng Shu or Chu Sheng Zheng Ming Shu) are secondary evidence and are best
used in conjunction with other evidence. These certificates are most often
based upon an AHHR (Household Record). Could you provide a copy of the
Household Record or other evidence that was used for the notary certificate?

重新弄一个贵点的4页的吧。比较一下你就知道其中的差别。
其它什么户口之类的都是浮云。。。都不是关键。
