surrendered them when you left US) But you must have every I-94 since your
last VISA entry. If your last entry was AP entry, you also need the
previous I-94s since your last VISA entry. |

previous I94 when leaving the U.S. Entering is different thing than leaving

“...You should expect to receive a written decision or written update
within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint
processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have
not yet been completed...”
是不是60天之内就能有结果了？ |

发帖数: 8496 | 21 because for EB I-485 filers, it must be based on a valid non-immigrant
status (or < 180 days without such status), and AP entry(AOS) was not non-
immigrant. So you still need to prove your non-immigrant status throughout
previous US stay before that AP travel.
So if you plan to use AP to reenter, you know you must make a copy of your I
-94 before you leave US.
