biostatistician 跟 statistician 能算是同类工作吗？
biostatistician 和 sas programmer 呢？

I have questions related to changing jobs after 485 pending 180 days. I know
the jobs should be similar.
1) Do you think statistician can be considered similar to biostatistician?
2) Do you think sas programmer (the title looks different, job duties have
much in common) can be considered similar to biostatistician?
3) Do I need to inform USCIS when I change my job? or the employer has to?
I just want to know how much room of freedom (or how strictly USCIS is
implementing the "same or similar job" rule when looking at those job-
changing cases) as I pursues my next job? This question is killing me. I
want to know how much risk I am taking if I go to work on a job that is not
very much like "biostatistician". Will my 485 certainly be denied? I know it
's a difficult question, which as far as I know, may depend on the specific
job title, job description, qualification, occupation codes, etc... But
please help with your best knowledge....... I want to take calculated risk
only.
