，所以想毕业是申请OPT获得OPT的EAD

whether I-485 (along with EAD application) has already been filed or even if
an EAD through I-485 has already been issued. Similarly, when issued OPT
EAD, you can obtain another EAD based on I-485 filing, although there is no

I suggest you seek opinions from more sources. Sometimes company attorneys
can be very incompetent.

没人敢下结论。
皮匠的blog同样也写到：“有的 F-1 只申请了 AP 而没有 EAD，那么去申请 CPT/OPT
会怎样呢？由于 CPT 是学校的 ISO 掌管的，也许你不吱声 I-485，还能蒙得一时。而
OPT 要 USCIS 批才行，你的 OPT 申请被 denied 掉，一定不要感到很意外，因为你
本就不该去申请的。可是，万一批了呢？那你就用罢。”
