My company is in CA. but i live in NJ for the past two years. The company
ls ok for me to work remotely. But the lawyer kept saying i will have
trouble if
the work place and resident are not close.
anyone has this eexperience before ?

LCA violation and AOS' you will find some cases.
If I were you I would go to Canada and come back using Automatic Visa
Revalidation, then any violations before that entry is irreverent according
to 245(k).

请问在填G-325时， 是填不一样的地址好， 还是填一样的地址好？我现在的驻地也有
一个公司的office，我也常去那里干活。 我可以把公司地址填成那个office 吗？当然
如果他们查LCA就会发现地址和LCA的不一样。
