qualified for SR. They told me currently for Texas office it is processing
RD is from 4/2/2011... I then asked him why peopel with RD from 2008 has
been approved and he told me he does not know...
Can I insist for a SR in my case?

In your case you definitely should contact your senator and tell them your
ordeal. When USCIS gets an inquiry from senator they are required to give
answer within 48 hours. That may help your case move.

发帖数: 2622 | 23 Try SR first. If the L2 officer refuse to do it for you and give you a set
response time frame, contact your senator(s). You want to show them that you
had good faith working with USCIS but the agency refused to be reasonable.
The Senator(s) office will step in and do inquiries for you. Based on what I
read, USCIS is required to give a response to Senator request within 48
hours.
Good luck my friend. You (we) suffered enough from the summer 07 fiaos, and
you should be taken care of!
