(and maybe Senator Grassley), why, because we are
the only group of EBers that suffer from the I485
backlog due to ICC.
Now imaging if the entire ROW group suffer from the
same backlog like we do and all of us unit to crack
down the ICC fraud, what will happen? Now, they
simply have no motivation of doing that at all.
On the other hand, no matter 3012 pass or not,
Indian employees are already in the job market
to compete with and to replace Chinese employees. |
