? Is the A# listed on 485 receipt same as on NIW 140 or on EB3 140?
Did you include a copy of NIW 140 approval notice? In your cover letter, did
you state your classification is Eb2? IOs are high school grads, don't
count on them to get things right.
Anyway, you will need to write to them to correct it. |
