My PD is Sept /10/2010 in EB 2 India.
I opted for CP in my I 140 to keep options open. I received visa fee notice
from NVC yesterday. I am filing for 3 dependants, spouse and children.
With the current trend of movement quite encouraging I am in a dilemma
wheather to go for CP or wait to become current for AOS. I am weighing pros
and cons. Can any one suggest.
The dilemma is the question about retrogression and stalling of dates in
summer that was hinted by DHS. Should I wait for April 2012 bulletin which
might tip off May's trend too and then decide. Or am I wasting time since
nothing in AOS movement is preditable? What is it thats most negative about
