number to fill in her application.
But I notice that on the receipt notice she has been assigned a totally
different one. Is that normal? Should I get the attorney's attention?

譬如啥A#,副申请人的PD 等等。
就把你的名字， 出生日期高对了就成。
其他的无所谓。
包括啥出生公证呀， 大不大FLUSHOT呀

OPT A# starts with 1, those are temporary A#'s
140/485 A# starts with 2, which is what your wife would get on her receipt.
