In Florida, each year we have to renew our driver's license and DL agency would do name check against FDLE, XPD, DHS, and FBI. So for people live in Florida, NC should be cleared very fast. 网上google一下。关于NC，我是去Infopass问的。
Florida, each year we have to renew our driver's license and DL agency would
do name check against FDLE, XPD, DHS, and FBI. So for people live in
Florida, NC should be cleared very fast. No sure other states though.

only. They would give you a phone number to call but it was a deadend.
