Altough I have spent almost 7 years on the immigration board, this is my
first time to do the 485 process.
I feel very pathetic sometimes because I have spent so much time on Green

昨天律师助手打电话来说，律师review了我的材料，没问题了，但是建议我拿到EAD后
用EAD工作，因为我现在H1B和申请绿卡的职位是不同的，工资也不一样。但是听说用了
EAD不就是放弃了H1B吗？我要听律师的吗？如果不用EAD，继续用H1B的职位和工资工作
，会影响批绿卡吗？

I think you should apply for AP because it's free.

AP是免filing fee，但是收了我300 attorney fee
