经把材料寄给了律师。律师那边正在处理， 但还没交到移民局。年后我这边也收到律
师通知要求准备材料。跟律师说了我们的情况，律师说我这边也可以提交，但是有可能
造成混乱和延迟。请问有人这样做过吗？ 是否需要重新体检，还是直接用原来的体检

There would be no impact by having your wife file as a derivative
beneficiary with you on an I-485. And you can do the same (i.e. file as a
derivative beneficiary) whenever she receives her new I-140 approval. Then
, it would be a race to the finish line. Whichever set of I-485s is approved
first will provide you and her with Permanent Resident status and negate
the pending I-485s (which will be denied because you would already be a
Permanent Resident). | z********o

it is not worthwhile to file twice if you need pay 485 out of your pocket
for your dependents. |
