there are still available visa numbers at this point. Jan is the beginning
of the second fiscal quarter of 2012.

发帖数: 1987 | 9 1）名额不是USCIS控制的，USCIS按自己的节奏批，在人力允许条件下有多少current的
case就批多少。
2）名额是DOS的控制的，控制名额的工具:1.靠VB来控制,2.去年9/15的那种公告。
99%时间用工具1，使用工具2情况非常罕见，至今我只见过这一次。 |
