护士接着问抽烟喝酒 是否阿司匹林过敏 爸妈又没有什么病史等等
然后医生过来前前后后摸摸 让你深呼吸 拿着听筒听听 张开嘴看看舌根
然后问我要record我说我没有
给我了个list
TD(破伤风)
MMR（for 风疹，麻疹，腮腺炎）
Varicella（水痘）
PPD（结核）
RPR（梅毒）
给了个价格 太贵 我说可不可以我自己找地方做这些 他说可以 看出来有点不高兴。
然后护士说做完了拿结果过来就行了
刚给本地的一个public的heath打电话
给出一下价格（不接受保险）
TD 53
MMR 76
varicella 116
PPD 115
RPR说要预约 忘了问价格了...

我还没有家庭医生，打算找个医生 ，请问家庭医生愿意帮忙开这样order让你去医院做

insurance plan, if it requires a PCP, you need to schedule an appointment
with the PCP and ask the PCP to give orders for vaccination and it will be
covered by insurance. If your insurance doesn't require a PCP, then you can
go to any family practice doctor in your insurance network to get the
vaccination done. Don't forget to ask for the vaccination records and then
you can show it to the 体检医生 to finish the form. |
