being approved. The Dec. submission is for PD 10/15/2007 to 3/15/2008, but
in this January the new cases will range from 3/15/2008 to 1/1/2009 and
these huge numbers will hit the USCIS really hard. I think the PD movement
will slow down or stop based on my analysis.
The total demand before 1/1/2010 is about half of the total potential,
around 40k or 50k even considering the demand destruction. I think it's
likely Mr.CO may roam around this date.

现在给的数据说12月份收的485：10/15/2007-3/15/2008的很少。
下个月会统计1月份收的485：3/15/2008-1//1/2009的，
这些人实际上大部分是2007年开始工作的。应该数量不少，
这个应该很关键，看能到多少。
因为：2月要上交：1/1/2009-1/1/2010的485， 这批人大部分是2008年上班的，
我觉得非常之少。
所以1月的上交数据很有决定作用。 |

I think VB may advance again, but in s smaller step.
When the USCIS is approving the cases submitted in October, these cases
already became demand.

候出来了，能不能进，就看奥自己怎么判断了。总之，VB能CURRENT的机会可能已经没
了。过去的三个月是最好的机会了。
