This I-131 application for advance parole is a concurrent filing with I-485
application to adjust status to permanent resident. While the I-485
application is pending your approval, I anticipate that I will be required
to travel abroad to xxxxxx during xxxxx. I will return to the United States
to pursue my adjustment of status application after temporary foreign
travels. For this reason, I respectfully request that you grant my request
for an advance parole valid for multiple entries for as long as possible
under your current guidelines.
