1)Have an approved I140 that the priority date is current now
2)The approved I140 was filed under a junior position in department A
3)Still working for the same company but job position is now senior one in
department B
4) The two job function are different although there is similarity
Question: can I ask the company to file I485 for me now with current job (
senior on in department B)? | s*****c
发帖数: 753 | 2 If the approved I140 is for EB2 already, then I don't see anything that you
should worry. Just file 485. I don't remember it mention your position
anywhere in application materials.
