地阻击了一下ROW，当然我不认为ROW在昨天之前会有多少觉悟。如果不是老Schumer昨
天在3012过house以后出来放了一泡的话，我是不会像现在这么乐观的。
楼上那位说的也对，这办绿卡的是不是说你想办就立马办的了的。

主要的影响是：本来犹豫不绝要不要办绿卡的ROW，会不惜一切代价在3012前办绿卡
本来不怎么催公司的人，现在肯定是100%的去催
还有刚工作才拿到H1B的新人，本来计划等1年再办，肯定现在也是马上就办
也许这个影响不会很大，但是估计5-6个月内ROW EB2消耗量肯定会略涨
今年H1B在感恩节前已经用完了。

西裔是不是？他愿意在选举前得罪西裔？
这次house投票这么overwhelming,都是老印拉票拉来的？老印运气好，其实各个议员都
有自己的算盘，亏本的是没人做，这投票YES/NO都在paper trail上的，弄不好以后被
竞争对手都要拿来攻击的。
Schumer为什么会在投票结束后就出来放炮了？我不知道，因为这里面太多variable了
。我只知道他是代表参议院民主党，甚至民主党本身的，而且他本人是参院法制委员会
的chair。
要知道报道昨天第一时间报道3012的主流媒体包括了NY Times, Boston Globe,这些都
是左派媒体的旗舰单位，是民主党的喉舌。

2. easy political capital to pick up, bi-partisan effort, the "reach out
across the aisle" shit which makes every lawmaker's paper trail look better
3. some concrete benefit to the Hispanic community which both parties want
to please
4. only immigration related bill for a long time, both parties and white
house need that
