到email如下：
USCIS is aware that according to the Department of State?s Visa Bulletin,
there appear to be visas available however there has been an extremely large
volume of case requiring visas. A visa may or may not be currently
available for the applicant, however if there is a visa available for the
case, those cases are being assigned to officers and are being processed in
date order. If you do not receive a decision or other notice of action from
us within 30 days of the date of this letter you may place another inquiry
after that period of time has elapsed. You may find further information
about visas on the Department of State website at www.travel.state.gov.
真是郁闷，他们说是按照收到日子来处理的，是指485的receipt date，而不是pd对吗
