Significant Advancements Expected for EB-2 India and China in December

-3 priority dates are expected to advance by one to three weeks for India
and China and one month for all other countries.

and China and one month for all other countries. Exact priority date cut-
offs will be officially announced when the State Department issues its
December Visa Bulletin in the coming days.
The State Department is planning to move EB-2 dates further ahead in
December because there has been less green card demand than expected in
recent months. Similar EB-2 advancements are possible in January and
February 2012 if demand continues to be low. EB-3 is expected to continue to
advance by one to three weeks for India and China and one month for all
other countries in January and February. |
