Called customer service, tier 1 officer was very nice. I asked to transfer
me to a tier 2 officer, she nicely did.
But the tier 2 offered no help. She just confirmed that my current address
is on file. But wouldn't even tell me if my case has been or not assigned to
an officer. Just that the computer shows it is pending. Is it true that she
can't tell. Or she didn't even bother to check.
What should I do next?
