发帖数: 1162 | 5 If we can get recapture, both India and China EB2 can be current in 1 day.
I estimated totally there are 70k C&I EB2 from 2007-2011.
That will leave 140k to EB3.
For EB3, it may advance to PD 2008 or even further.

发帖数: 3796 | 6 不知道分配法则是怎样决定最后，如果完全按PD来，先分１５万给EB３, 呵呵。

to move into 2011.
It's a shame that USCIS wasted 210k visas in the first several years of 2000.
If these visas were not wasted, we would not have to suffer from this mess!
USCIS and Mr.CO are both idiots and evil.

发帖数: 3796 | 8 如果２１万分５年，每年给EB２，EB３分别补２万，是不是老中的利益能更靠谱地被保
证到。如果是能争取到按国别分，老中EB２／３至少多少年内都可以完全没排期
2000.
