律师根我说： Kindly note your priority date is 01/14/2011. Immigration is
now processing March 2007 cases for Nationals from the Mainland of China.
When your priority date will be current you will be eligible to file for the
I-485 application.
我必须等到处理到我得priority date才可以提交485吗？

, yes, you'll need to wait till your priority date becomes current. |
