Dear Officers,
This is **, and I am writing to address my thought of helping “Startup
America”.
Background:
I have read the piece of news released on August 2, 2011 that how US
government is trying to help encourage US economy by helping foreigners with
advanced degrees and exceptional ability. Actually I think this is a very
exciting and smart way in the long run. I am wondering if there is any way
to better improve it right way.
Hypothesis: To allow to summit I-485 form without waiting, especially for
people from India and China.
Reason:
These people already got higher degree and had exceptional ability. Lots of
them have had a lot of experiences. They have applied for PERM and I-140.
They are almost ready to start up a new thing without needing to do all
those things again like the freshmen, and those things surely will burn a
lot energy. Only if they are allowed to file their I-485 application, then
they are “free” on some level.
Summary:
The waiting in the line (backlog) is wasting. To release this “small but
high education-leveled” part of foreigners will benefit the USA. By letting
the “Visa Bulletin” be all current to all country will be a really good
and easy start.
Best regards,
**
