if they don't fire your LD, then stay there and continue to collect pay
checks and don't work too hard.
if they fire your LD, then your LD does not need to pay a penny!

For me, it says once the employment is terminated blah blah so it doesn't
specify if it is a letgo(God forbidden) or quit.

主动跳槽，不用理他，搞办公室政治的人一般只是想把你LD赶走，不见得赶尽杀绝想拿
回钱，而且过了这么久，有没有人想得起来这件事也是个问题。

要钱这个事可能不太容易逃掉，因为这种大公司都是专门HR来处理这些东西的。她老板
反而不在乎赔不赔钱。
