给广大的NSC同志们一点信心.我换工作2次,搬家了4次,跨州3次 (since filed I-485),
从中部搬到东部... 原以为RFE 是肯定了.连EVL LETTER 和律师都联系好了. 结果处
理我的移民官很NICE.直接批了.
Some additional notes:
1) I contacted both senators in my state a week ago. Knew that my case was
on the shelf and was not assigned to immigration officer.
2) Called USCIS 3 days ago and talked to the tier-2 officer and knew the
case has been assigned to an officer. It was then approved in 2 days.
Good luck with you all, esp for those who changed jobs/address/states!!! |

I did not officially port my case, i.e., file AC21 documents. I kept a copy
of I-140 approval notice and use EAD for new jobs. Hope it helps. |

发帖数: 13 | 33 For rotc: RD stands for received date. When your I-140 is approved, you can
keep PD (priority date) no matter what. But there is nothing you can do
except for waiting for visa numbers to file I-485, i,e, visa bulletin's cut-
off date is behind your PD. |
