Last Soft update from USCIS website: 10/4/2010 not sure why
Never used EAD or AP (can not use them because my wife's application was
screwed by the attorney in 2007 so I need to maintain H-1B for her to be
legal in H4 status)
Changed job in August 2010. used H-1B transfer, never filed AC21.
Just received a call back from Congressman that my case was approved this
morning on 6/21/2011 and will receive the card in the next 7-10 days
Did two SRs:
First in 6/10/2011, received an email back on 6/11/2011 saying my case is
within the processing time. Called on 6/11 and spoke to 2nd tier officer and
was told to wait until July for case inquiry.
Called again yesterday and spoke to 2nd tier officer, and was told that my
fp was expired. They will send another FP notice.
Contacted Congressman on June 16 for help.
Contacted Senator on June 20 for help.
