APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS. Please
follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the
notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

then I got E-mail on June10:

ADJUST STATUS
Your Case Status: Decision
On June 8, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer
's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the
notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days
following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing
referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before
receiving your card, please call our customer service center at 1-800-375-
5283.
During this step the formal decision (approved/denied) is written and the
decision notice is mailed and/or emailed to the applicant/petitioner. You
can use our current processing time to gauge when you can expect to receive
a final decision.

welcome to the united states of america.........we will soon mail you a new
Permanent resident card. you should receive it within 3 weeks.......

then LD booked tickets for me to go back to China yesterday for July.

today I receive a letter from SR says:
Taxas center are waiting for biomitrics....Due to the backlogs at some sites
it may take more than 60days for this appointment to be scheduled.

now what can I do? do I need to apply for a AP before go back to China?
or there's anything else I can do?
