The inquiry comes back saying waiting for name check. It also confirmed the
name check was already cleared once in 2008.
I am guessing it is an excuse by USCIS. Does anyone know if the FBI name
check will expire after certain amount of time?
If it is true, then maybe a lot of current but unapproved cases are waiting
for the second round name check results.
