SR and writing letters etc., I got a quick reply from them.
"USCIS is already tracking the priority dates for pending AOS applications,
and they will know that you are becoming current in July. USCIS has
requested that we *not* contact them until 30 days have passed since a
person becomes current, so that they have an opportunity to work on cases.
Flooding them with inquiries is counter-productive.
We often see clients get approved early in the month when they become
current; however, please understand that several thousand people are coming
current next month. USCIS cannot approve every case on the first day, and
they will not accept inquiries now on cases that will be current in July.
We notified USCIS of the change in your employment to XXX. No I-140 from
XXX was required, only the letter notifying them of the change.
I know that you have been waiting for a long time, but please be assured
that we are tracking this, and we will follow up with USCIS as appropriate.
We would ask that you please *not* contact USCIS or a congressperson/
senator on the case at this time. We will follow up when/if necessary." | r****e
