employees on a regular basis. Here are some reminders to the new applicants.
1. HR told you they will file PERM for you, but they won't do it until two
years later. They want to delay your process as long as possible.
2. HR told you that they are doing PERM ad for you, but actually they are
not doing anything. It's a scam.
3. HR told you that they filed PERM for you, but they won't tell you whether
your PERM is audited or denied, they will tell you PERM is a company's
asset and you cannot ask. Then after two years, your case is denied, then
you have nothing. Nobody cares whether you wasted two years of valuable time
there.
4. HR told you that your 140 is approved, but they don't give you a copy of
140. You ask for it, they will tell you 140 is company's asset, not yours.
5. After you wait for several years, your EB2 PD is current. You ask your
company to file 485, they will tell you that they didn't do EB2 for you,
they did EB3.
This is how the comapny cheat employees. This cold blooded immigration
system always exploit and enslave people. We should never be loyal to any comapny. |
