我和我妻子的排期已到。当时没有预料到排期会进展得比较快，我们申请了
Advanced Parolee，为的是我妻子能够尽快回国治病(这对于我们非常重要，因为在这
里的西医院还找不到比较好的治疗方案)。不过两个月了，移民局还没有批准Advanced
Parolee。我们不得不改签了机票。我找过本州的参议员办公室帮忙，他们说要我们提
供医生的信证明。现在这种情况下，我们是应该请参议员办公室帮忙提醒绿卡排期已到
还是继续催促Advanced Parolee？排期已到会影响移民局批准Advanced Parolee吗？我
们希望能够在不影响绿卡批准的过程同时能够尽快回国治病。

发帖数: 239 | 6 dont know whether you have used the AP expedite process. If you read the
instruction at USCIS, they have a very clear process of how to expedite your
request.
The key highlights are:
1. dont use online since it cannt be expedited
2. Mark your envelop with "expedite"
3. Provide supporting documents
Due to my dad's health situation, I submitted my AP on April 11 and approved
on April 20. Following is my list:
1. 485 copy
2. Birth certificate to show the relationship between me and my dad
3. Copy of original medical report in Chinese
4. Email from an translate company saying they cannt translate due to too
much professional terms
5. several pictures of my dad in hospital
At this point the best way for AP is to get info pass and bring all your
supporting document. If you get a strong case, they will approve right way.

accompany with her? Besides, does this mean we can only stay in China for 1

If you and your wife have info pass together, I dont see why only your wife
AP get expedited.

local office to get one.

as people get through normal process. But expedited here only means your
case will be approved at much faster matter.
I believe at info pass they will approve right before you. Do your home work
, prepare a strong case, and you will get it. |
