Jump job 1 day before the July 2007 boat (inform my boss that I am leaving)
Reject the counter offer because I will leave eventually and did not want to
jepodize the future relationship.
Getting everything restarted in new job was such a pain. Finally get my new
140 in EB2 approved. Missed another chance for 485 in 2008. Wait until last
year and finally be able to submit 485 again.

frustrations, sometime regrets a little bit. Guess I am lucky or care less
