GC with PD from 2007 to 2010 in EB2/3.
These people should be the main stream to advance Chinese PD. NIU keep
telling there is nobody to drive big actions due to several key persons (PD
in 2006) left. Then why no new fresh blood join in NIU.
The more quote we get, the more Chinese PD advance. I believe I don't have
to educate this population. But why so few people from this group take
actions?
Too busy to work for this? Or want to take advantage of other people's
action.
