and they want me back asap.Waiting for another several months is not an
option.
The dilemma is my pd is just three months away from current. If I miss my
green card, it will be a big pain for me.
My estimate is 90% of the chance they will approve it without reference
check. If they ask, I will have a friend's company to issue an employment
letter for me. Also I have AP and EAD card with me, so I dont need a H1B to
re-enter the country.
What else risk I may overlook here? Really appreciate your help and
suggestions here. Wish you all the best in the journey of getting GC. |

但现在是花很多时间和经历取得绿卡，回国后又要很多时间和精力去维持。你要举家搬
了，留这个绿卡真不划算。 |
